Training can be defined as an educational process designed to facilitate the learning and development of new and existing competences (knowledge skills and attitudes).

In the frame of Non-Formal Education, training involves structured programmes and interactive activities which promote experiential learning such as group work discussions, role playing, outdoor activities, theatre... Training should result in individual learning and enhanced team and group performance
